Welcome to our new website!

This is the perfect opportunity to introduce a host of changes here at The Physio Workshop. The first change, you may already have noticed, is our new member of staff; Shareen Byron. Shareen joined our team at the beginning of 2023. Shareen completed a Masters degree from South Bank Uni in Physiotherapy a couple of years ago now. She splits her time between our clinic and the Luton & Dunstable hospital, where she is completing her rotations through each department, building vital experience and knowledge along the way. She brings the right ethos and work ethic into caring for all the patients she sees. She is continuing her professional development by attending post graduate training courses as well as 1 on 1 tuition with our clinical specialist, Nav Nagra.

This brings us nicely to the second change. Many of you will know our head physio and clinic owner, Nav Nagra. Nav has been qualified and working in musculoskeletal healthcare since 1999. After 24yrs of hands on manual therapy and 20 yrs in private practice, Nav has assumed the role of Consultant Physio.

His vast experience in the field and his ethos of providing treatment with his hands (and elbows!) means he can now provide essential insights into patient injuries and issues. He will continue to provide expert treatment for the time being but on a part time basis.

Our last big change is our clinic location. Having started the practice from one of Luton’s premier gyms, it wasn’t long before The Physio Workshop was at 3 different gyms across the town. Most recently people will remember us from Bannatyne Health Club on Regent St. After 18 successful years, we had to draw our relationship to a close, due to the constraints of Covid.

We are now located at the Churchfield Medical Centre, 322 Crawley Green Rd, Luton, LU2 9SB. This is a large medical centre in Stopsley housing 2 GP surgeries, Castle Medical Group and the Larkside Practice. We have plenty of free parking and of course disabled access.
