ABOUT US

The Physio Workshop has been established for 20yrs as of May 2023. We began life after taking over Luton Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic and rebranding as The Physio Workshop in May 2003, with consulting rooms at Fitness First, Skimpot Rd, Luton. Shortly after we also established consulting rooms at Bannatyne Health Club (formally Living Well) and David Lloyd. We enjoyed 18 years in Luton’s premier gyms before the Covid pandemic changed the way everybody worked. We are now established at Churchfield Medical Centre, home to Castle Medical Group and Larkside Practice GP clinics.

Our physios are all Chartered and registered with The Health and Care Professions Council, giving you confidence that you’re in the right hands. We are medically trained and recognised in treating all manner of injuries and conditions. We can liaise directly with your GP or specialist about your care.

We pride ourselves on the quality of treatment we provide. We practice a “Hands On” approach using a combination of deep tissue release, trigger pointing, manipulation and massage. Alongside state of the art electrotherapy, ultrasound and exercise plans.

CONSULTANCY

This is a totally new service launched in Jan 2023. Nav Nagra MCSP has spent over 23yrs treating an enormous number of people. He cut his teeth in the NHS where he reached Senior 1 status within 4yrs. He also worked for 3yrs at a local private clinic further honing his skills. He used this as a platform to launch his brainchild ‘The Physio Workshop’ back in 2003 after acquiring the clinic he worked at. 20yrs and thousands of successfully treated patients later, Nav is now deservingly a consultant in his field.

He is able provide significant insights into seemingly every day issues as well as detailed information on diagnosis, root causes, prognosis and of course accurate treatment. He also has close links to many local GP clinics and orthopaedic specialists, both NHS and private. He is able to liaise with fellow health professionals to arrange tests, scans or referrals as necessary.
