About Us

The Physio Workshop are a team of Chartered physios, all registered with the
Health Care Professions Council.

We have been established in Luton for 12 years, uniquely located in the towns premier gyms.
Our aim has always been to provide our clients with expert specialist care for all manner of injuries, conditions and rehab. Our therapists are always senior grade and have extensive experience making sure we deliver Complete Body Rehab.

We offer a range of different treatments, using state of the art electrotherapy, acupuncture and most importantly hands on manual therapy. Being incorporated under royal charter means our therapists can offer accurate medical diagnosis allowing us to work closely with local GPs and consultants.

The Physio Workshop Ltd – safety policy
All patients are advised that you may request a male or female therapist and we will endeavour to provide as such. All patients are able to be accompanied during their session.
Patients aged 16 and under MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please check before your appt if you are unsure of what to wear.

Nav Nagra - Director and Head Therapist

Qualified in 1999 from King's College London with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

Nav opened The Physio Workshop in the early part of 2003 having taken over the Luton Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Cliinic in Rondini Ave. Nav began work at the Lister Hospital in Stevanage as a junior therapist. He went on to work at Milton Keynes General and The Luton & Dunstable Hospital before becoming a Senior I therapist at the Red Cross in Bletchley. A Lutonian born and bred, he now serves his local community by providing a very hands on personal approach to all his clients. He takes a particular interest in biomechanics and their effect on the body. His ethos centres around pin pointing the root causes of conditions to most effectively manage them.

Farah Thomson - Senior Therapist

Farah Thomson - Senior Therapist

Qualified in 2003 from Nottingham University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

Farah joined the team in 2010 having cut her teeth at The Luton & Dunstable Hospital. She also works at the Pinehill Hospital in Hitchin. Her particular interest is in postural and work related injuries. She is currently improving her acupuncture knowledge and treatment base.
